"I'm here to collect your heart," Patrick Stump sings in the opening lines of Fall Out Boy's "Where Did The Party Go." Dude, nobody thought you meant that literally.
In the song's just-released video, a bloody-faced, hook-handed, evil-eyed (but still impeccably dressed) Stump is on the loose, and he's not gonna stop until he gets what he wants -- which is blood, yes, but also a sick dance party.

The video, which is part seven of their "Save Rock and Roll: The Young Blood Chronicles," contrasts the track's upbeat vibe with a horror film thriller. Stump, looking deranged and psychotic in a spooky medical facility, chases the rest of the band (and some shellshocked-looking patients) through one dimly lit corridor and operating room to the next.
Even the murderous villain here is no match, of course, for a sexy nurse, who straps Stump down on a gurney and has her way with him -- sexy nurses being the only force strong enough to combat evil, naturally.
Then, out of nowhere, we're treated to the weirdest zombie dance party since "Thriller." The beat is just that irresistible, we suppose? Whatever -- even psychotic, murderous villains need a break from all that murder stuff every now and then.
But the good times can't last forever, as the song itself implies. By the video's end, Stump's rage reaches its inevitable climax, as he does what probably every singer in the history of rock and roll has wanted to do before him: strangle his guitar player.

Punk rockers Green Day are going on hiatus. But don't worry - we won't be seeing yet another festival cancellation. The headlining act for Soundwave 2014 will take a break after their trip down under.
"We're going to Australia, doing a tour there and then we're going to take a break," frontman Billie Joe Armstrong told BBC Radio 2.
“We haven't really been doing much. So it's just nice to kind of do some other things, y'know, when we get ready to do Green Day again, our batteries will be charged.”
The California group shot to mainstream fame with their 1994 album Dookie, which sold more than 10 million copies in the United States alone. They have since released eight successful albums, toured extensively, released a video game and even had their 2004 chart-topping album American Idiot adapted into an award-winning musical.
Last September, in possibly the most punk rock moment of their career, Armstrong appeared to have a meltdown on stage in Las Vegas. Thinking his set had been cut short, he launched into an expletive-laden tirade, smashed his guitar and stormed off stage.
Two days later, the band announced that a worn out Armstrong was receiving treatment for substance abuse (later revealed to be alcohol and pharmaceuticals). Green Day resumed touring and releasing albums after a short break.
Armstrong is currently pursuing a number of music and acting side projects, which he will no doubt focus on during his band's hiatus. He has most recently released a record with Norah Jones, covering songs of the Everly Brothers.
While the band won't be playing any sideshows during their Australian tour, Soundwave promoter AJ Maddah confirmed they will be playing a two-and-a-half hour long set.

Green Day tour dates:

Saturday February 22 - RNA Showgrounds, Brisbane
Sunday February 23 - Olympic Park, Sydney
Friday February 28 - Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne
Saturday March 1 - Bonython Park, Adelaide
Monday March 3 - Claremont Showgrounds, Perth

Paramore have announced the reshooting of their music video for 'Aint It Fun.'

The band began shooting the music video earlier this year but then announced that they were unhappy with the video's direction and were to scrap it.

The band announced via twitter they have now started reshooting the video. You can see the twitter announcement and a behind the scenes photo below.
